For a Limited Time A.M Botte will tune-up your Air Conditioner for only $89.00. This service is typically $129.00 and should be performed twice per year (Heat and Air Conditioning). Includes up to 1lb of R410a refrigerant. Must schedule service before May 31st 2024.  


Air Conditioning Tune-Up Includes:

  • Performance Evaluation
  • FREE Standard 1" Air Filter
  • Thermostat check and calibration
  • Monitoring of cooling cycles
  • Lubrication of all moving parts
  • Checking & Topping Off FREON Levels (Includes 1 lb of R410a)
  • Measuring for correct air flow of the system
  • Checking and cleaning the condensate drain
  • Inspecting and cleaning/changing air filters
