Winners will be chosen by AM Botte and announced on December 31st. Winner’s HVAC unit must be at least 10 years or older. Winner must show proof of home ownership. Winners must be within 15 miles of our new location in Sewell, NJ. Employees of AM Botte Mechanical and their household family members are not eligible to win. Winner must agree to having their photo posted on Facebook. Prize is non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. A.M. Botte is NOT responsible for any hazardous material removal and abatement (e.g., Asbestos), and any improvement needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building, mechanical, and electrical codes.
