AM Botte is working with American Standard and Ferguson HVAC to give away a new American Standard gas furnace along with free installation to a deserving family in need before the severe winter weather starts. The selected family will be announced on Facebook and notified by telephone. There is no catch whatsoever. We just want to help a deserving family in need.

Winners will be chosen by AM Botte and announced on Facebook on Friday 11/1/19. Winner’s furnace must be at least 10 years or older. Winner must show proof of home ownership. Winners must be within our service area of South Jersey or Greater Philadelphia. Employees of AM Botte Mechanical and their household family members are not eligible to win. Winner must agree to having their photo posted on Facebook. Prize is non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. A.M. Botte is NOT responsible for any hazardous material removal and abatement (e.g., Asbestos), and any improvement needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building, mechanical, and electrical codes.
