A.M. Botte recently did a 3-1 Mitsubishi mini-split installation in Mullica Hill, New Jersey at the home of Wesley Ratco. The new system provides heating and cooling to the 2nd floor of the home where ductwork was impossible to install. We used slim ducts, done in a way to maintain the homes antique aesthetic.
A 3-1 mini-split HVAC system is a type of ductless split system that has one outdoor unit and three indoor units. The outdoor unit is responsible for compressing and circulating the refrigerant, while the indoor units are responsible for distributing the conditioned air throughout the home.
We were very concerned with how the unit would look on the exterior of our home. Living in a historic neighborhood, we wanted to make sure that the work was done tastefully to avoid diminishing the overall aesthetic of our home. We were 100% satisfied with the work AM Botte did for us.
