This is why we ONLY trust A.M Botte Mechanical, LLC Plumbing, Heating, & AC! We had a contract with another company who installed our unit years ago. Our ac stopped working so we called said company to come out and look. They said we were leaking refrigerant and we were at about 40% and to diagnose patch and fix would be $6k but since our unit was 11 years old it was likely we just needed a new unit for $16-22k. I said I’d think about it and IMMEDIATELY called Botte who I know and trust.Their guy came out. Took one panel off and both our jaws dropped. Neither of us have seen a unit so disgusting or dirty. The company we were contracted through apparently hasn’t been cleaning the unit like EVER when they come out to service it. This is a majority of the problem he said and should help tremendously. There also is NO LEAK and was only down 6-8% refrigerant.Had I NOT called MY GUY that I trust. We would’ve been paying $20k for a new unit. From this point on we ONLY will be using Botte’s service and forgoing our contract with the other company because CLEARLY they have no idea what they are doing…5 stars for Ali’s service today! We had Melvin come to do our kitchen sink and he was really friendly and nice. We previously had an other company come out and they claim to put a 50 ft snake in the drain and found nothing but Melvin only had to put about 30 ft in and cleared it right up for us. I was extremely happy with my service.

My AC stopped working during a heatwave. After being told by one HVAC company that I had a refrigerant leak and couldn’t be fixed. I decided to seek a second opinion. AM Botte came to my house within 1 Hour of my calling and had my problem fixed in no time. Reasonable charges and super professional helpful polite HVAC tech Daniel Chaney! Botte was truly professional from start to finish. A few surprises arose and some changes needed to be made during the replacement of my Heater, A/C, water heater and humidifier. I called about noon for my AC not working so great. Super friendly convo with Jackie (?) who helped me on the phone. I fully expected to be told I would be able to have someone come out in a week or so but happily was told between 2-4 the same day. What?!! Yes please! I also fully expected to be told the whole system needs a replacement and I would be out a solid 5 figures. I braced for impact. My tech came right on time and could have been out of there within 90 seconds when he diagnosed it as a dirty filter that I completely forgot I had but he stayed and patiently reassured me about all my “but what abouts” and other Google theories I investigated myself beforehand because as I said I was expecting the worse. He explained how he came to his skilled diagnosis and debunked my very unskilled Google diagnosis. Im currently comfortable in my air conditioned home and my choice to call A.M. Botte
